Cool video and one of best marketing campaigns by Pepsi yet. I’m not sure if this will help Kyrie Irving overcome the fact that he’s on the Cleveland Cavaliers, but it’s a start.

It seems like for a second Amar’e forgot that he had fouled out, and then he remembered. But at least this is a sign that he is learning something from Carmelo. Have a nice summer Amar’e. Nice sportsmanship asshole.

“As long as the Nets are allowing Jay-Z to call their marketing shots—what a shock that he chose black and white as the new team colors to stress, as the Nets explained, their new “urban” home—why not have him apply the full Jay-Z treatment? Why the Brooklyn Nets when they can be the New York N——s? The cheerleaders could be the Brooklyn B—-hes or Hoes. Team logo? A 9 mm with hollow-tip shell casings strewn beneath. Wanna be Jay-Z hip? Then go all the way!”

I hope that Phil Mushnick doesn’t have too much in his desk to clean out. What is he thinking? Do you really think that saying anything about Jay-Z is a good idea? Did you think that this was going to be a great career move, or are you looking to retire with a bang? Either way you’re not going to win. Just not a good choice for Mushnick here. Not good at all. Hey, maybe we will all see Mushnick on WordPress soon.

No matter how many times Tyson Chandler says that he’s joking about his teammates defense, he’s really not. They suck.

After last nights monster performance by Paul Pierce he did what some are saying was “Tebowing”. I’m not quite sure that’s what it was though. I just think that basically Paul Pierce was saying thank you. That’s all. And since when did praying become “Tebowing”? Are you serious? Players have been doing this before games forever, and they will keep doing it forever. I guess it just took an overrated, back up QB to bring it to the media’s attention. Give me a break. If your a real Celtics fan you will have no problem with me stating that Pierce is a drama queen, who complains about no foul calls every time he drives in  lane. I think that this is just an extension of his overly expressive emotions.

Remember this-

If this isn’t the Knicks luck than I don’t know what is. Just classic Knicks. Lose 12 straight playoffs games and just getting handled by the Heat. Stoudemire is pissed that he lost and that Carmelo took 100 shots so he punches a fire extinguisher and cuts his hand on the glass. Good news for the Knicks is that their stats are actually better when Amare doesn’t play. In reality it’s not like they have a chance against the Heat anyway.

Just a huge blow to the Bulls championship hopes. For this to happen with only 1:22 left in the game makes it even worse. Some are going to say that it’s not Thibodeau’s fault, but I think it partially is. Rose has been injured all season and Thibodeau knows that. If your starting point guard has been fighting injuries all season and you have a win pretty much wrapped up, why do you still have him on the floor? Just seems stupid. Then I look at it from the other side and say that if this type of injury was going to happen sometime in the playoffs. Maybe this injury is a blessing in disguise for Rose, though. Now he can finally get healthy and come back next year ready to play. Either way I wish him a safe and speedy recovery.

This is just beyond horrible. Do athletes really think that they are good rappers? All Steve Francis had to do was look at some other athletes who tried to be rappers and he would have seen that the two don’t mix. It just doesn’t work. Steve Francis didn’t make it to the NBA because of his dope rhyming skills. Give it up stick to what your good at. I guess it is true when they say that all athletes want to be rappers and all rappers want to be athletes. I was hoping that Ron Artest would run out and knock out Francis with an elbow about 20 seconds in. His video definitely did.

So let me get this right. Deion Sanders, the same Deion Sanders who played in both the NFL and NBA was attacked by his wife and thinks that his wife is going to harm him. Has the NFL Network made him that soft? I can see that he’s afraid for his sons but he’s a grown man who played in the NFL. If he can’t handle a women who can be no more than 150 lbs. then he seriously needs to get back into the gym. If I was one of his sons I’d be scared too. Not that my mom was attacking us, but that my dad had fallen so far that he is getting beat up by women.

Kick this guy out of the league for good already. It would be nice to think that maybe this was a mistake but everyone knows it wasn’t. Some people just never change and Ron Artest is one of them. Metta World Peace my ass.
